Application for Tax Residency Certificate

A Tax Residency Certificate is a documentary proof issued by the Tax authorities certifying the place of residence of the Person. As per the provisions of the Income Tax Act and DTAA, TRC is mandatory to claim the benefit as stated under relevant articles of DTAA.
